Will high-pressure jetting damage old clay pipes?
No. The pressure is set to suit the pipe. A camera check first flags any cracked section worth going gently on, then the nozzle does its work without chewing the clay.
Can jetting cut tree roots out of a sewer line?
Yes. A root-cutting nozzle shaves the mat back to the pipe wall and the flow carries it away. Roots regrow though, so an opened clay joint behind them still wants attention.
How is jetting different from an electric eel?
An eel punches a hole so water moves again. The jet scours the whole wall instead, so grease and scale lift off rather than catching debris a week later.
How long does a jetting job take?

Does jetting stop the drain blocking again?
